Windows IE 5.x and above

1. Go to Tools | Internet Options from the main menu.
2. Change to the Security tab.
3. Select Custom Level to go to Security Settings.
4. To enable: make sure Enable is selected under Active scripting.
5. Restart the browser.

Mozilla Firefox

1. Select Tools.
2. Click Options.
3. Click Web Features.
4. Click Enable Java.
5. Click Enable JavaScript.
6. Click Reload.

Windows IE 6.x

1. Select Tools.
2. Select Internet Options.
3. Select the Privacy tab.
4. Select Advanced.
5. Deselect Override automatic cookie handling checkbox.
6. Click on the OK button at the bottom of the screen.
7. Restart the browser.

Mozilla Firefox

1. Click on Tools.
2. Click on the Options item in the menu.
3. Click on the Privacy selection in the left part of the window.
4. Expand the Cookies section.
5. Check the Enable cookies and Accept cookies normally checkboxes.
